Did You Land a Job Thanks to Chi Phi?
Chi Phi was filled with many fun memories, and served as the foundation for great friendships that have lasted well beyond graduation. Another Important Update to all Chi Phi, Alpha Delta Brothers: Continued progress towards renovation and re-colonization
Our leadership group continues to make progress on re-engineering Chi Phi, Alpha Delta.   

Albert A. Drobka Architects, State College is working directly with local contractors on bid requests.  The plan is for us to pursue a design/build approach for our renovation. As we mentioned before, Al was the guiding architect behind the Beta and Sigma Pi fraternity renovations and more recently, the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity renovation. We are waiting on a final decision from Susquehanna Bank for the additional financing needed for us to move forward.  We anticipate that this financing will be approved soon.  We are still formalizing the debt funding and the work plan with Al.  As we mentioned before, our expected construction start date is targeted for May 15, 2012.  We are extremely excited about these plans.  These major achievements could not have been accomplished without the hard work and diligence of many people including each of you--the 325 members who have given so much of your time, effort and treasure over the last six years.  Thanks to everyone of you.
